Navicat Desktop Software Upgrade Policy
Apply to: Navicat, Navicat Data Modeler, Navicat Charts Creator and Navicat Charts Viewer.
Navicat desktop software upgrade policy allows customers to obtain minor software updates and bug fixes free of charge. Alternatively, customers may upgrade to a major release at a discounted price with a Navicat Upgrade License.
Customer may retrieve the previous download information they purchased from the Customer Center at any time and will never be forced to upgrade.
If a major software upgrade releases within 90 days of the customer's purchase date, the customer will be entitled to receive the major software upgrade at no extra cost.

Navicat Desktop Software Upgrade License
Navicat desktop software upgrade license allow customers who have purchased an older version of Navicat to upgrade to the latest version without paying the full license fee.
Upgrade licenses are only offered to existing customers who are able to present a valid Order ID from their last purchase, as well as the registered email address and the Serial Number of their existing license. Customers who have failed to prove his existing ownership of his/her Navicat license will not be eligible for an upgrade license.
Remarks:
* The old license key will be invalid after upgrade license
* Upgrade only available for license in version 10 or above

Apply to: Navicat Monitor and Navicat On-Prem Server.
Navicat server-based software upgrade policy allows customers to obtain minor software updates and bug fixes free of charge. Alternatively, customers may upgrade to a major release at a discounted price with a Navicat server-based software Upgrade License.
Customer may retrieve the previous download information they purchased from the Customer Center at any time and will never be forced to upgrade.
If a major software upgrade releases within 1 year of the customer's purchase date, the customer will be entitled to receive the major software upgrade at no extra cost.

Navicat Server-based Software Upgrade License
Navicat server-based software upgrade license allow customers who have purchased an older version of Navicat Server-based Software to upgrade to the latest version without paying the full license fee.
Upgrade licenses are only offered to existing customers who are able to present a valid Order ID from their last purchase, as well as the registered email address and the Token Key of their existing token(s). Customers who have failed to prove his existing ownership of his/her Navicat Server-based Software Token Key will not be eligible for an upgrade license.
*Note: Customer must upgrade ALL the existing Token(s) and it can only be activated on a single machine.
